Prof. Michael Carrier testifies before House Energy & Commerce Committee

Prof. Carrier testified before the House Energy & Commerce Committee in support of legislation that would lower drug prices by targeting “pay-for-delay” settlements and citizen petitions. This was the second time he testified in Congress in the past week.
