Rutgers Law faculty attended the Lastowka Cyberlaw Colloquium at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania on March 28-29, 2025. The Colloquium, created in honor of Greg Lastowka, Rutgers Law faculty member and and co-founder RIIPL, is an annual workshop that brings together local cyberlaw and information law scholars to discuss works-in-progress. .

During “Chicken Little Was Wrong: A Site-Blocking Retrospective and Roadmap for the Future,” Ms. Temple explained the importance of measures like blocking piracy websites for targeting illegal infringement.
